For added convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, and the bathroom is a clean, modern full bath with starter toiletries provided. Parking is available in your designated space, and it is important to display your permit to avoid being towed. Please note that the pool is not available for this season. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Experience the Ballston lifestyle with steps from shopping, dining, and entertainment at Ballston Quarter. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Signing the Rental Agreement is mandatory before check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement is completed. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damages exceeding $300 per stay, or damage caused by automobiles. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
