This apartment has it all with decoration to make you feel at home, a proper design, and a fully equipped kitchen. It features a washer and dryer, a living room with a TV, and two bathrooms. The first room has one queen bed, and the second room has two queen beds. Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. When you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace. Parking is available for just $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy our seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also has a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. To avoid being towed away, park in the designated space, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay. It doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
