About This Property

This cute apartment is located just a few blocks from downtown and across the street from the CSU Campus in the 1927 Landmark Scott Apartments building. It features oak floors, lots of windows, French doors, and many other vintage details. The apartment has a large living room, small kitchen, cute dinning nook, full bath, large closet, and a comfortable bedroom. It is available June first. A $950 refundable damage deposit is required in addition to first months rent prior to move in. Rent includes all basic utilities except for electricity which tends to average $15/month. There is an on site laundry. Cats are allowed but no dogs please. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
