A charge for the amount of $250 to $400 US Dollars will be incurred depending on the cleaning company's assessment if smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana occurs inside the property. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, refrain from hosting parties, loud gatherings, or events within the home. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 10 AM. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 10 guests. Exceeding this limit will incur a fee of $100 US Dollars for each additional guest. Pets are accommodated with exceptions. Parking is available, but notify in advance if you require arrangements. A towing company patrols the unit every night, and cars without permission will be towed. Late check-out incurs a fee of 30%-50% of the nightly rate after 10 AM. An excessive cleaning fee of $100 applies if the property is left in poor condition. Any damages incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
