This is blocks away from Wash Park, Whole Foods, and Sprouts-you can’t beat that! We are CAT and DOG FRIENDLY! There is a One-time Pet Fee $100 for Cats with pet rent of $30 per cat (up to two cats okay.) $150 One-time Pet Fee Plus $40 Per-month Pet Rent for Dogs (one dog up to 50lbs okay.) To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. We do not require in person showings, but they are highly encouraged! The Square footage our units is approximate. An in-person tours are recommended to get exact square footage.
