All yours for $2,245 per month rent based on a 12-month lease, $2,245 deposit based on a good credit and background check. The deposit and the lease initiation fee of $250 are due upon lease signing; rent is due the day before move-in. Application fee of $50/potential resident, 18 years of age or older, is due with application. Tenant to pay all utilities except HOA fees. Utilities payable by the tenant are gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and internet/cable.
