This two-story townhome community is thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of neighborhood living, combining attractive architecture with well-appointed shared outdoor spaces. The homes feature a charming mix of exterior materials, including board-and-batten siding, horizontal lap siding in neutral tones of gray and white, and stone veneer accents, giving each unit a distinctive yet cohesive curb appeal. Covered entryways with front porches invite residents to enjoy the outdoors from their own doorstep. The community's central outdoor amenities are a standout feature. A dedicated playground area sits at the heart of the development, surfaced with wood chip mulch and equipped with a multi-level play structure featuring spiral slides, climbing stairs, and elevated platforms — ideal for younger residents. Adjacent to the playground, a communal gathering area provides green bench seating and open lawn space for relaxed outdoor enjoyment. A separate outdoor entertaining zone includes a built-in BBQ grill station flanked by green picnic tables, creating a welcoming space for community cookouts and social gatherings. Wide concrete walkways connect all areas of the community, lined with fresh landscaping including ornamental grasses, shrubs, and mulched garden beds. The overall ambiance is bright, open, and family-friendly, reflecting a well-planned residential environment designed for active community living.

As the “Gateway to Antelope Island,” visitors pass through Syracuse to access Antelope Island Road, the only road leading to the popular state park. Syracuse is located along Farmington Bay of the Great Salt Lake. It is a beautiful community with spectacular mountain views. It is about 28 miles north of Salt Lake City, and commuters can reach downtown in about 30 minutes. Residents enjoy cozy neighborhoods, terrific parks, and the seasonal Syracuse Farmer’s Market at Centennial Park.
The first settlers arrived around 1862. One of those settlers was a salt maker named William Galbraith. He knew of a salt company in Syracuse, New York, so he printed “Syracuse” on his salt bags. In 1887, another settler borrowed the name printed on the salt bags for his resort, the Syracuse Bathing Resort. Eventually, the city embraced the name. Syracuse remained a quiet farming community until the roadway was built to the state park.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
