The centerpiece of this lovely retreat is its outdoor space, comprising a balcony opening to the alluring backyard, allowing you to prepare and serve tasty BBQ while the youngest family members safely play in the fully fenced space. If you arrive by car, you'll be pleased to know that we offer complimentary parking at the property. The house is in the Highland Park neighborhood, nestled in the southwest corner of Seattle. Highland Park is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood with natural beauty, community charm, and urban convenience. Highland Park boasts easy access to lush green spaces and stunning views. Westcrest Park, a local favorite, offers trails, a sprawling off-leash dog area, and panoramic views of the city skyline and Mount Rainier. The nearby Highland Park Playground and Spray Park are ideal for families, offering play areas and seasonal water features to entertain the kids. The neighborhood features an eclectic mix of eateries and coffee shops. Highland Park caters to every palate, from cozy diners serving classic American fare to authentic international cuisine. Visitors can explore the lively Delridge corridor for more dining options and community-focused establishments. Highland Park is a haven for creatives and artists. The house is exclusively yours, with no interruptions during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. No parties or events are allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged, which is dependent on the size of the home. Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. Also ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication. Bedroom 2 includes a workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for those who need a remote work-friendly environment. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.
