Rental History: Positive rental history is required. Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and debt-to-income ratio less than 40%. Fees and Costs: Application Fee: Please note the application fee is non-refundable. Lease Agreement: All adults applying must complete their application separately and be included on the lease agreement. Monthly Charges: Lessees are responsible for $40/month for trash and sewer services, to be paid with the monthly rent.
