HDTV in living room with Chromecast compatibility (Netflix, HBO, etc.) Lots of kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in kitchen. Large fenced backyard with grill for cookouts. We have a big backyard and garden along with a screened-in porch! Great location for checking out what Charlotte has to offer (Uptown, NoDa, South End, Plaza Midwood). Long-term lease preferred - available unfurnished if desired. Small pets fine with pet fee.
