The amount of the security deposit would be the same as the rent and due with the first month’s rent. No pets or smoking is allowed. If interested, we will provide you a Qualification Criteria form for you to review. It will be very important that you carefully read the Qualification Criteria form before you decide to proceed with the answering the pre-screening questions that we will also provide.
