The condo complex has off-street parking, tennis courts, playground and on-site laundry. The low rise buildings are surrounded by greenspace and mature trees. $1,250/month rent is for a 12 month lease. We are also willing to rent this condo on a month-to-month basis for $1,350/month. There is a minimum three-month rental period. Unfortunately, the condo association does NOT permit dogs.
