Lawnmowing provided once a month (not in Winter). Minimum gross monthly income at least 2.5 times monthly rent (i.e. $6,125 minimum total gross monthly income for all co-Tenants and or co-signers). EACH potential co-Tenant and or co-signer (age 18 and older) must submit Application, copy of Driver License, proof of income (photocopy of most recent two months of paystubs OR other proof of income from employer), and two other provided forms to Landlord. IF initial info looks good, then the Applicant or Applicant Group members will each be invited to go online to MySmartMove for payment ($48 each) and Tenant Screening as determination of approval. Landlord processes Application(s) groups one at a time IN THE ORDER OF COMPLETE RECEIPT OF REQUESTED INFORMATION. Upon acceptance of an Applicant or Applicant Group, Lease will be signed within 3 days with Security Deposit.
