The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining areas make this home ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Free unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Oversized vehicles must park on the first floor and additional parking is not available. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. You'll receive your code before arrival for easy check-in anytime after check-in time. Includes a smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A laptop computer is not included.
