Private walking path in the woods and a pond to look out over. There is also a large barn that can be turned into common spaces in the next couple months. Pets are ok when renting a whole apartment, with a pet deposit, and on a case by case basis when renting a room. Laundry is still being updated and installed, but will be up and running. by mid October. If you are interested in participating in the communal aspect, please mention that. Vaping is ok and smoking outside is ok, so long as it does not go in neighbor's apartments. No broker's fee.
