This more than 2,000 square foot townhome is bright and naturally lit throughout the living room and bedrooms, including the spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The modern Samsung washer & dryer shown in the photos are included. This rental does NOT come fully furnished, all furniture shown in pictures will be moved out by November 1st. All appliances are included (washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances, etc). The HOA includes snow removal in the street (not on the driveway), landscaping for the backyard space, and access to the community basketball courts, covered barbecue area and modest playground and park. The townhome is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from I15, less than 5 minutes from a Harmons, and roughly 6 minutes from the Shops at Fort Union, which include multiple incredible restaurants, a movie theater and various shops. This community is within walking distance of Midvalley Elementary School, and less than 5 minutes from Union Middle School and Hillcrest High School.Owner pays for HOA, including sewage and garbage. Tenant pays for water, electricity, gas and internet. We would allow one pet for the entire household, but a $100 pet charge would be added to monthly rent, please contact me for more details.
