Living at 77H has been great so far. I have made almost daily use of the amenities (gym, coffee machine, etc.), and the staff has been very friendly and helpful with questions and package pick-ups. Maintenance has also been quick to respond to work orders.

We move in a week ago and it’s been amazing, the apartment is really nice and the amenities really good. The move in process was very easy and organized.

Wonderful staff! The building is very clean. I love the tenant events as well. I enjoy having the pool in the summer. Have lived here for over 5 years now.

77h is a real good place to be I haven’t ever experienced living here as of yet but eventually I will be Experiencing life and living here I still in the process of getting the last little bit of funding together to live Here I have seen what the apartment looks like and I like the apartment and I have met with one of the leasing consultants and he was pretty nice and professional with the leasing process and paperwork and the location is great for the building

Just moved in, the check in process was smooth and there was ample communication leading up to it. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The gym seems well maintained as well as the roof/pool area. The area around the apartment seem fairly safe as well

While moving in the staff has been kind and has replied quickly whenever I have had questions. Also, our one maintenance request was dealt with day of and was very easy to request.

We're loving it here so far! The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our unit is spacious and has a great balcony overlooking the courtyard. We use the fitness center and lounge area several times a week, and they're always clean and not too busy. I can't wait for the pools to open!

Even though there is a new vibe, and the Walmart is no longer, the vibe at 77 H has not suffered much. still the place to be. With the upcoming warmer weather, I look forward to going out and enjoying the activities.

So far it’s been a great experience. The leasing process was smooth with quick approval. On moving day the staff was very helpful and the process was efficient. The apartment clean, and as described. Overall, a hassle-free experience.

Overall, we are enjoying our least at 77H! Maintenance is very responsive and the apartment complex is very clean and quiet. As someone who works from home, I wish there were more areas with open tables to work and study from, but they do have one main lounge area with a couple tables. Amenities are phenomenal!

I am happy to live here, I like my apartment’ view. I believe that A great view from your apartment can make a big difference in your living experience.

So far I've loved living here. Maintenance has been great whenever I've needed it and I feel incredibly safe in this building with all its security features. Couldn't have picked a better apartment building to start living on my own.

It is amazing to live here, the apartment is big clean and beautiful. We are just like living in a hotel but feel at home. The amenities are so good for example the exercise room.

Generally a great building with responsive, attentive management/staff. The only issue is that the fire alarm goes off relatively frequently, and is almost always a false alarm.

Lots of temps so you never know the staff (from what I seen). Staff most days are not reachable for needs. And their cleaning needs more effort/care.

It's a nice location. expensive but worth it. Spacious than most places in DC. also very dog friendly. younger crowd which if ur looking for this is it. great spot to get to Georgetown bus or bike to the capital

Our experience at 77H has been very good so far. The maintenance team has been simply amazing. Work orders are completed within a few hours. The whole team here at 77 have been a pleasure to work with.

It’s good! But we would like the 10pm curfew to be lifted from the rooftop! Otherwise the building and the amenities are great! Yay Bozzuto!

Great apartment and amenities, extremely helpful and nice staff. Maintenance is very timely. Biggest issue is lack of a close grocery store, but that is not the apartment's fault, and I hope something fills the space where the walmart was soon!

Concierges are great, but management could be vastly improved. very thin walls, noise in the street but this is DC, area is rather clean, but communication with management sometimes outweighs many of the pros. also walmart is gone, so closest grocery store is about a 10-15 min walk, not terrible but something to think about

Moved here in January and have really enjoyed it. Granted most of my time is spent studying, but between the gyms, game room, courtyard, cleanliness and location, this was the perfect choice.

Good, it’s really good. It’s even great. Well, that’s pretty strong. But no, I guess that’s what I mean. It’s great. It really is. It’s really, really good.

Very good overall, but sometimes the common areas are freezing in the winter and blazing in the summer. Rent increases are also surprisingly high for each lease renewal.

Great so far. Leasing office made initial process very easy. No complaints so far after month one. Hoping social activities pick up as warmer months get here.

The management has been extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Couldn’t love my apartment more. The appliances are nice and color scheme is amazing. Love the security as well. Couldn’t be happier.

Really no complaints after living here for the past 2 years. The building is as centrally located in DC as possible bordering NW and NE, between Union Station and Gallery Place stations, and just a few blocks from the Capitol. The apartments are nice, the common spaces are always clean and well maintained, and the gym/studio are great. Location above the Walmart might not be everyone's preference, but for me, the convenience has outweighed the commotion and I have majorly cut down on Amazon deliveries. Pool is okay compared to other buildings. Desk staff are great.

5 months living here and my experience has been extraordinary so far. We feel management care about our safety and maintenance request. No issues with lost mail or any inconvenience with the services provide by the great concierge team.

I've been a resident since 2019. 77H is special. The location is in the heart of everything. The building is big enough to feel like a real community with a variety of people. The staff makes effort to respond to the details of living there and in general. Aretina the Exec Concierge is one of those who really attends to those details to make it feel like home.

I was told to move out of DC and into Arlington for safety purposes. But I love my apartment so much and how prompt the team is with handling my needs, that I’ve decided to stay. I realize that no matter where you move, there will always be an incident. 77 H is dedicated to making our needs a priority. Couldn’t been happier!

Toured over weekend. I was looking for a 2 bedroom but pricy, however the leasing agent was pleasant and didn't mind assisting with other possible sister communities. I really like this buildings amenities! They have 2 courtyards! And 2 pools!
