Stay far away
I was a tenant for over 3 years. I reported multiple times that there needed to be some kind of lighting outside and it was never fixed. My patio door needed to be fixed because during rain fall the living room would flood and was never fixed. There is orange mold in the smaller bedroom. They never plowed or shoveled in the winter. Repairs were always done very poorly. And you can never get ahold of the landlords. Even ask the lady who was trying to rent from them for over a month who could never get ahold of them.
