This large 3 bedroom apartment has - 3 large private bedrooms, - 1 living room (can be used as the third bedroom) - 1 storage room - 1 full bath - an eat-in kitchen that is equipped with a gas stove and a refrigerator, and a pantry room - a back porch that one can enjoy Boston skyline. - hardwood floor throughout , plenty of storage space. - Gas heat - Short walk to a main bus terminal where 5 frequently run bus lines can take you to Boston, Charlstown, Sommerville, Revere and Wellington T station, Silverline, etc.in no time. Government Center and Haymarket are only 7-minute bus ride away. - Street parking is free. One private parking space with monthly fees (please check availability) if interested). Monthly rent for December 2025 to April 2026 is $1750 (with an initial winter discount of $250 included). From May 1st, 2026, monthly rent is $2000. The apartment is available on November 15, 2025. Move in date is flexible. A one-month security deposit and first month are required for moving in. The rent includes water only. Other utilities are the responsibility of tenants'. There is no fee.
