You're welcome to park on the street in front of the building or in the parking lot to the left by the flower mural. Although the lot is marked for 2-hour parking, this restriction is not enforced. This centrally located apartment places you right in the heart of the action, within walking distance of numerous local restaurants and bars. You're also perfectly situated for major Colorado attractions, with downtown Denver easily accessible via I-70, Ball Arena just a 12-minute drive away, and Red Rocks Amphitheater a quick 20-minute drive to the iconic venue. The unit is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery. Across the street is a new park and a bicycle store, and within walking distance are many restaurants, bars, and a spa.
