We would like to sublet our spacious and bright two bedroom and two bathroom apartment starting May 20, 2016 with the option of the subletting or renting the place afterwards if interested. The apartment is a top floor corner unit with high ceilings, deck, fireplace, includes underground indoor and outdoor parking, central air conditioning, washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, large closets, clubhouse with a fitness center with 24 hour access and summer pool. The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a park, 15 minutes from downtown Madison, and with very helpful and responsive property management.
