This unit is available for monthly and long-term rentals. The Ridge@38th is a vibrant, walkable community with unique local businesses and residential spaces. The apartment is in the same building as a bakery and art framing gallery and across the street from a new park. A bicycle store and many restaurants, bars, and a spa are within walking distance. It's just 12 minutes from Ball Arena and a 20-minute drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Public transportation is available via RTD-Denver with a bus stop on the corner. No smoking of any substance is allowed in the house or on the property, with a $350 fine to cover all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance, plus all costs to clean and restore the accommodations. Quiet time starts between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors. Do not tamper with outdoor cameras.
