Apt is totally furnished: L-shaped living room has a sectional sofa, coffee table, large flat screen TV, book shelves, desk and chair; L-shaped bedroom has a queen-size bed, 2 night stands, and 2 chest of drawers. There is ample closet space throughout the apt. There is bike and ski storage in bsmt. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, garbage disposal and Bose dishwasher. All bedding, bath & kitchen towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, plus microwave, coffee pot, blender, and "starter" supplies of trash bags, food storage bags, dishwasher detergent, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels. A variety of basic spices, sugar, cooking oils, teas, condiments can be found in kitchen. Bathroom has "starter" supplies of tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap and body lotion. There's a vacuum cleaner and sm step ladder in pantry closet. A roof-mounted evaporative cooler keeps the apt comfortably cool in summer. There's a very small (approx 6 X 11ft) little deck with yard chair and garden table. Access to deck is via a kitchen window. Located 2-3 blocks from King Soopers, Safeway, 7 blocks to Trader Joes, I block to RTD bus line. Easy walking distance to wide variety of superb restaurants, hardware store, coffee shops, Cheesman Park, Governor's Park, 1 1/2 mile to Denver Art Museum, 1 1/2 mi to Denver Botanic Gardens; 2.2 miles to Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
