I have loved living in the vibrant and diverse community in cap hill. I am working in the area as well and have loved being able to walk everywhere and also have everything within actual walking distance, even when its snowing.

Capitol Hill is smack in the middle of everything. Whether you want to head to the mountains or to a brewery in RiNo, grab a movie in Cherry Creek or check out Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, you're never more than 15-20 minutes from anything. The only reason it doesn't get 5/5 stars is the neighborhood itself is lacking in solid recreation outside of Cheeseman Park.

I would like to see a few more bike paths. Overall, I really like that all of the restaurants and shops are walking distance.
