About This Property

Located in the quiet west wing corner of the beautiful and historic Spanish-style apartment villa, the private Navy Room is perfect for an individual. There is a large south-facing window that welcomes natural light. The room does not come furnished. There is a sink inside the room as well as two bathrooms in the main building shared between four other rooms. There is a spacious and quite back yard for your enjoyment and the property is just off the spring creek trail. The center of the building is the real gem though boasting a large 2000 sq. ft. indoor tropical garden with trees over 35 years old! Seating and tables within the atrium are open for your use anytime! The kitchen is fully furnished and shared between all the units. We have a cleaning company come in once a week to maintain the communal kitchen and bathrooms. A free laundry room is also on sight for tenant use. Rent includes utilities, and WIFI.
