This home is a 10-minute drive to Northrop Grumman, Rio Tinto Kennecott, Walmart, Smiths, Walgreens and other businesses including freeway access. The kitchenette comes equipped with pots/pans, an induction cooktop, large fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Security cameras in place for all, shared washer and dryer. Free central heating and cooling, includes gas, internet, electricity, heat, water, and trash service, so you can save on the necessities. Street parking and room for bike. 2 parks close by. Please absolutely no smoking inside, outside in designated area, no drugs will be tolerated. Not looking for perfect but do value mature and honest communication. No maid so clean up after yourself.
