Property Ratings at 7 Seventy House
great place to live. definitely recommended!! kind neighbors, spacious units, the best amenities, awesome staff, fast response to maintenance
The elevators are so bad that its effect the entire building unfortunately . 10-15 minutes every morning with the kids it’s like nightmare… every day
Kyle in the leasing office was amazing and made everything very easy. The concierge are very helpful and extremely friendly. Looking forward to being part of the community.
The team at 770 was extremely helpful during our move-in process. Smooth transition into your new apartment. The building is beautiful and everyone has been super friendly.
Really enjoy living in this apartment, the environment is perfect, people here are helpful and friendly, and the amenities are also great!
I love living at 7Seventy. It is a wonderful community and the amenities are great. The gym is beautiful and so is the roof. I use the shuttle service often.
7seventy is a good space. The only complaint that I really have is that the walls are really thin. However I think this is true for any new apartments in the area.
It’s been fine. We like our apartment and it’s a pretty good neighborhood with the shuttle. Amenities are nice enough the pool is too small.
Love living here. Going onto 6 years and happy to call this home. Staff is wonderful, and will go above and beyond to help and ensure all it well.
Deceptive and unpleasant. The building is really falling apart and they raise rent a ton on every lease renewal. Stairwells have homeless people getting in sometimes and there are issues with violence on the property frequently.
Great place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone moving in with your significant other and or by yourself. They offer a ton of great amenities.
I’ve really enjoyed living at 770 House. The building is modern, clean, and has great amenities—especially the gym and rooftop lounge. The location is super convenient with easy access to the light rail and a short walk to shops and restaurants. My apartment has great natural light and a nice layout, and I’ve found the management team to be responsive and professional. It’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and style. Definitely one of the better luxury options in Hoboken.
Highly recommend 7 seventy house if you are looking to stay at a modern apartment building with amenities. With multiple modes of transport to commute to NYC or Jersey city, it is very conveniently located with access to super markets and public parks. Shout out to the management who ensure all spaces in the building are cleaned and maintained at the highest quality at all times!
Disappointed with maintenance of amenities. Disappointed by frequency of elevator breakdowns or being locked for moves/maintenance. Not technically the building's issue - but given the monthly parkers in our attach garage are likely living in 770, I'm disappointed with the lack of joint effort by the building and garage to enforce rules on numerous frequent selfish individuals taking up two spots. Disappointed with poor communication from building management - unless it has to do with fees they're looking to collect. Disappointed by their continued use, and lack of acknowledgement, of the Doorman app which because borderline unusable after an update in ~2022/23. It's just very obvious that this building is motivated by one thing - eeking out the maximum profit possible, too often at the expense of their renters.
Great building, great amenities, great staff. What I don't like are people outside of our building coming to 770 house and using the pool, gym and knocking on doors late at night. The gyms are packed with kids who don't live at 770 and the pools on the weekends are a kid only zone. Let's see how much rent goes up this year.
Fantastic living space. Well maintained apartment and amenities and great neighborhood for walking our little pup. 100% recommend if you are looking for a beautiful location in midtown Hoboken.
Everything is fine however i wish there was better maintenance of the facilities. Also kore security around the building. The stairwells are dirty.
Safe- very good staff at the concierge desk. Close to public transportation, good restaurants, shopping and schools in the area. Easy commute to the city.
I love living in 7Seventy House! It is always so clean and smells amazing. I never hear my neighbors through the walls. The resident events are so fun - most recently, I attended the candle making event and I am looking forward to June's!
Great living experience here at 7 Seventy House Apartment! I really appreciate your hard work and patient help. The gym is also great. Thanks very much for your hard work and help!
Great place to live. Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Nice staff. Friendly neighbors. Great amenities. Spacious apartments. Definitely recommend
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Especially on our 5th floor we’ve already met some of next door neighbors and they are truly the friendliest!! Even our frenchie is so happy to have so many doggie friends living here. He is the happiest pup ??
Fantastic place to live. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating.this is our second year here and we are very happy. All the amenities are great as well.
I’ve lived here almost 5 years now and must say I feel very safe living here. The front desk staff are always helpful, kind and thoughtful. they are wonderful whenever I need help. I love living here mostly because of them.
The concierge team are always friendly and helpful! The management team is always pleasant. I love how its always decorated for the holidays.
Incredible building! Very clean, everybody is very friendly and it just seems so nice. Even just moving in, the team was so helpful and I’m so appreciative of that!
This is our second year in the building and we love it so much! The staff are so nice. And the building is always so clean and take care of. The location is the best. (Near the light rail )
Staff is beyond helpful. They ensured we have a smooth move in, made themselves available whenever needed, swiftly came by for repairs, and constantly clean the building. Best building in Hoboken by a mile.
Going onto my 5th year at 770 and I can't imagine living elsewhere in Hoboken. Great amenities, amazing staff and convenient accommodations.
Recently moved into 7SeventyHouse and it had been the best experience! The apartment and amenities are fantastic! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
Excellent apartment, with great view of Manhattan, in a very convenient location. The apartment is well dotted and nicely distributed. Concierge and service staff are really great. Maintenance of gym machines is below expectations.
Clean, upscale, quiet and amenity rich building with a friendly, knowledgable and efficient staff! Great place to live! Apartments have top of the line features and equipment.
I absolutely love living here! The rooftop pool is an incredible perk, and the gym is always well-maintained and never too crowded. The entire building is spotlessly clean, and I can never hear my neighbors. The front desk staff are so kind and always go above and beyond to help with anything I need. Overall, it's been an amazing experience living in this apartment!
The building is great aside from rent increases, and the lack of the leasing team’s ability to negotiate rent and lease terms. They give you a term and price and that’s all there is to it.
It’s an amazing living experience but there is room for improvement. It’s safe, comfortable, located in a perfect location near schools, supermarkets, downtown, and other beautiful outing restaurants. Compared to other luxury apartments, amenities are ok, but can be better.
7 Seventy House is the best place to live in Hoboken! Friendliest staff amazing amenities makes 7 Seventy House stand out. Highly recommend taking a tour!
Modern living, great views, can barely hear any neighbors. Location is great near school, park, train ShopRite and Gotan coffee. Overall great
Just moved in and already loving it! Great help from the staff even on the first weekend here. Amenities are great and an easy app for all things apartment related.
Amazing service by the leasing office! Attentive, helpful, always available for questions. I've joined just a week ago and the team has made the move-in a great experience.
We love this building! We love the people, the front desk, the management, the maintenance all! But it’s so hard to live there because of the terrible elevator…. It’s like a 2025 building with elevator from 1025 … it’s not normal! And make all the stay not so comfortable
Amazing common spaces with awesome views of the city skyline, the maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. The concierge team is available 24/7 and are very professional. The amenities are very nice, such as a roof top pool, multiple lounging areas with WiFi, complimentary Starbucks coffee, a 2 story gym with cardio and strength training equipment. An all around luxurious place to live.
Just moved in and the apartment was so nice! Great amenities and very helpful staff. You have to use your fob to access the building so I feel very safe.
I've been in the building for 4 full years now and still love it! Thank you so much to the amazing and always nice staff! For everything!
7 Seventy House is an amazing place to live! The apartments, amenities, and the people make it great!
Everything is above and behind, including the staff and the amenities; we're happy we chose 770 as a place to live and will definitely recommend it.
I've only been living here a couple months but I am loving it so far. Location and amenities are exactly what we wanted. We really enjoy the rooftop view just to hang out, and also the pool is so convenient.
Staff are awesome! always friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about living here and do not have any issues at all. I Highly recommend this place.
7seventyhouse is the best place to live in Hoboken. Has all the amenities you can want and need, with a great staff to help you at every step of the way.
Great place to live. I enjoy the location, amenities, quality of staff and services provided.
Great place to live! Modern, well dotted and maintained apartments and amazing amenities. The staff are fantastic, especially the Concierge staff, who provide a series of services like parcel delivery and document printing. Excellent location in Hoboken.
