Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, and $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply. Noise monitors are installed in the units to measure noise levels in decibels; tampering with them will result in a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required.
