Renting my condo. Will not respond to "is this available. I am available to show weekdays starting July 10th 3:30-7 and weekends 8a-6p with a 2hr notice. I would like to start this lease beginning or early August. -Appliances included -Water included -Pets welcome with $400 deposit -Assigned parking space under carport Conveniently located near 290 with restaurants, shopping centers and gyms within 5 mins. You can also get downtown in 15minutes without traffic. I lived here for 2 years. It’s a nice quiet condo complex. Grounds are routinely maintained and there is a pool. If interested I would need to see proof of employment/income and first and last months rent. I can provide more pics/info if needed. Condos are named “whisper walk” Again I will not respond to "is this available" Thanks, Dan
