The upkeep of the property is well maintained. Community.
The location of property is great and apt are very attractive. The sound proofing between floors is not sufficient. Noise is loud. Maintenence is good However planning of events and quality of food served is very poor. Excuse is need to cut back on budget. No one on staff available to answer phone quiet often. Most of staff lack of experience and training for job. Constant turn over in management team in last 2 years. Problem with patio drainage not fixed after 2 yrs reporting. Parking lots not organized or monitored adequately. Extra cars parked in lot, not enough handicapped parking spots and are used by non handicapped persons or family members use parking stickers even if not transporting the handicapped person. ..

My husband and I have been very pleased with the response of the existing manager to our various concerns. However, leasing fees are flexible and not consistent from one person to another, and this is concerning. And, we have been residents since the opening of Arista and have had four management teams in three years.
