If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500 and $700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, guests are required to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games) from 10 pm to 7 am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests may be refused, and the stay may be terminated if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.
