The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system to maintain a comfortable temperature range throughout the year, although guests cannot individually adjust the thermostats. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the premises, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. This ensures ease of check-in and check-out, providing flexibility for guests.
