A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with un-reported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge per bag applies for excess trash. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. There is a strict no-smoking rule, and devices are in place to detect smoking; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply.
