This apartment is centrally located, offering easy access to major retail stores and a vibrant neighborhood. The complex enforces a strict no-parties and no-smoking policy. Devices are in place to detect smoke or parties, and tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. Guests are required to sign in and upload a government-issued ID as a screening process. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and payment. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team; staying past the 11 am checkout time without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, and guests swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. There are rules for pool usage, including a limit of two guests per household, accompaniment for persons under 14, no glass containers, proper swim attire, no diving, running, or rough play, no pets in the pool area, and no loud music.
