This apartment is the perfect spot for a convenient and stylish stay with incredible amenities. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax by the public resort-style pool or get a workout in at the fitness center. Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious bed ensures a great night's sleep. EV chargers are available and free public parking spaces are provided, but please only park in spaces that are NOT reserved and NOT covered parking. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. A fee of $20 applies for an early check-in at 2pm, and a fee of $25 applies for a 1pm late checkout requested the day before checkout, or $35 for a same-day request. These requests are subject to host approval and payment. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations unless they are a service animal. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable mess, with an extra charge of $25 per bag of trash over the allowed two bags. You'll be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you have trouble accessing or finding the unit, please call for assistance. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. There is a strict no-parties/noise violation policy, and any violation will result in a $250 fine. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the booking platform. You may see bugs in the home as Oklahoma has a hot and humid climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If the key is not returned or is damaged, a $35 fee will apply for a new key. Normal stains and wear and tear on linens and towels are expected. If you do not see enough clean towels/linens upon arrival, please check the dryer. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply.
