This apartment is ideal for students, solo travelers, or small groups, offering a convenient and stylish stay. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax by dipping into the public resort-style pool or get a quick workout in at the fitness center. Power on the TV with access to Netflix for entertainment. The spacious king-size bed ensures a great night's sleep. Enjoy access to public EV chargers and a public resort-style pool and fitness center. Parking is available in any non-reserved and non-covered parking spaces. Parking passes will be provided and must be displayed on your car to avoid towing. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The check-in time is between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins at 2pm are available for a $20 fee, subject to host approval. Late checkouts are available for a fee: $25 for 1pm checkout requested the day before, and $35 for same-day requests, both subject to approval. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests should only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking any driveways. Ordering mail/packages to the location is not allowed. Communication with neighbors/landlord is prohibited; all communication must be through the platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Guests may encounter bugs due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If you check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given if you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. A $35 fee will apply if the key is not returned or is damaged. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damage, disrespecting the property, or gatherings with un-reported guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge applies per bag over that limit. Trash day is Tuesday morning; guests are responsible for moving the trashcan out on Monday evening. There are smoke and noise detectors in place; tampering with them will result in a $150 fine. Extra towels and linens may be found drying in the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for use. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between visits. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets of consumables and toiletries are provided, and guests are responsible for acquiring more. Guests on mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Fast Wi-Fi is available inside for remote work. [SI]
