No smoking inside the house. Guests found to be smoking inside the house will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. No unauthorized guests are allowed, and guests may be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Please do not park extra vehicles, as there is parking available for up to two cars in the driveway. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
