One of the nicer pool areas in Dallas is just a few steps from the front door with a private jacuzzi! The entire condo has been repainted with a soothing like grey color. This place has very nice gas logs in the fireplace for a calming feel at night during the winter months! The front patio is the largest space in the entire complex at 480 square feet, great for relaxing in the evening or hosting larger get togethers. It has a stainless steel grill, a 5 person sofa with a large umbrella providing shade, and rustic lights that creates a great energy at nighttime. I also added a Tuscan 3 tier water fountain for a nice, relaxing sound while you are out there. Its a great condo and you ll love living here like I have!
