About This Property

Send email to request an appointment and application. Only fully completed signed applications with Miami Dade Police Reports, copies of drivers licenses and registration for ALL adults will be considered. Some rules for renting an apartment located at 585 SW 13thAvenue: *Up to 4 people (adults and children) living in an apartment. Overnight guests are limited to two weeks per year. STRICTLY ENFORCED! *One assigned parking space per apartment. No visitor parking on site. *No pets of any kind. *No BBQ. *No Loud music. *Rental Agreement is month to month. Tenants who violate the conditions of the agreement will be asked to vacate premises.*Background check from Miami Dade Police Department is required for all adult tenants. Credit check is also part of application. *Rent is due on the first of each month. A late fee of $100 will be charged and may be cause for tenants to be asked to vacate premises.*No modifications to the apartment are permitted. *Owners will inspect properties annually and other times as needed ! *Monthly rent is $1650 monthly, and $2050 security deposit for damages to premises (Security deposit is NOT to be used for last month’s rent).*Tenants pay for cable/internet, electricity and water. If interested, email to schedule an appointment to view and application. Fill out the application completely with police background checks, licenses, and car registration for every adult over the age on 18 and turn in during appointment or email.
