The open, dine-in kitchen is a true centerpiece, equipped with brand-new appliances, a coffee station, and a dining bench for six, making it easy to enjoy meals and create lasting memories. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a convenient laundry room with ample storage. Outside, you’ll find beautifully spacious grounds with well-lit seating areas, a hammock, a covered outdoor dining space, and a grill. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150. This stylish retreat offers everything you need to enjoy Charleston in comfort, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and local shops, all just a bike ride away. Located near Park Circle in an up-and-coming neighborhood, it features a recreation center, disc golf course, and one of the world’s largest playgrounds, making it a perfect spot for all ages. Ideally located, Palmetto Porch is just 20 minutes from the beaches of Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island, 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, and within easy reach of other Lowcountry destinations like Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook. Smoking inside the home and parties or events are not allowed. A penalty may apply for violations.
