I would NOT recommend moving into this property. You will only be shown the nicer areas of the building. The maintenance staff will not clean your apartment before you move in and there will be issues that they don’t ACTUALLY resolve. The location is convenient and the views are amazing but it is not worth the stress and frustration that comes with living at this property.

555 Ross is definitely a Great place to live for the price. The staff is Great!! You won't see a lot of homeless people hanging out or sleeping around the community as you do in most downtown locations. It's actually a Peaceful Quiet Community.

555 Ross is a lovely place to live. The staff is very much helpful and easy to communicate with. It has great amenities and you feel safe here. It's really quiet to be in a area surrounded by restaurants. The accessibility to restaurants and AAC sporting venue is Great. Love this property and price.

Everything at 555 Ross runs pretty smoothly. The office staff / management is wonderful and very responsive to concerns. It has been a pleasure living at 555 Ross. Building is pretty quiet. The Greystar staff do a great job of maintaining the building and community. It has the best views of downtown Dallas. I would absolutely recommend this building.

The building is beautiful and the maintenance staff is excellent. However i would not recommend this place due to management. The management office is terrible the lady who works in the office is rude and doesnt take responsibility for her actions. She comes off as short and is very unhelpful to her residents. I have lived in many places and have never have a management team so unfriendly and demanding. They even towed our car two days after we bought a parking pass (which she helped me with) and said nothing about taking two hours out of my day to go pick it up.

Melissa and the staff do everything they can to make sure the tenants are safe and extremely satisfied with the apartment experience. I have always known Melissa to be helpful, fair, and courteous. My husband I have been renters at this complex for over three years, during which time the Manager, Melissa, has always made the safety and resident satisfaction her top priorities. There have been numerous occasions that Melissa has gone above and beyond in our behalf. Though there are other sites to live near downtown Dallas or in Uptown, we never give it another thought because of our experiences living here. In regards to the maintenance issues, these are always completed promptly, and the maintenance crew are knowledgeable and prompt. Together, they work with Management to make sure the environment is safe and appealing. If an adult is looking for an upscale living experience and has high expectations regarding their living space and safety, we recommend living here. We elect to live here because of the way Melissa works to keep the place exceptional, peaceful, and safe. The interiors of the apartments are quite impressive as well, not to mention the many amenities available to the residents.The location cis wonderful, as it is near restaurants, museums, shopping, and American Airlines to name a few perks. We are sorelieved and happy that we decided to rent an apartment here, and because of Melissa and her staff, we will continue to renew our lease.

I have lived here for 3 years now and Greystar management (and the staff here) have been consistently friendly, helpful and prompt. From solid notifications/emails about what's going on at the community to cleanliness of the facilities and amenities, 555 Ross has been a great place to call home year after year.

I don’t technically live here, but my bf does, so I spend a large amount of time at this complex! I’m taking the time to write a review because I feel like most people only write reviews when they’re mad, and so here’s my honest take. I’ve lived at 4+ different complexes, and this one so far is the most well-run and maintained. My own dog park is not kept well by management, but here, I can tell they take care to try and keep it clean. They allegedly fine residents for not cleaning up after their pets, so there is hardly ever waste left when I visit. I’ve seen them cleaning the turf on multiple occasions, like hosing it/soaping it down. It smells more clean than 90% of parks I’ve been to. They also have a camera at the park so it encourages residents to abide by the simple rules. The maintenance team is very nice and responsive. My bf has put it requests in the past, and they’ve come even on off hours to make sure he was taken care of. The building/amenities are well secured and they have a security team on site at nights patrolling outside/inside the complex. I feel safe while staying here and walking around the complex/exterior at night. The study room is very peaceful and beautiful for WFH. There’s never trash left and they have a printer you can use for free, very handy. They are more strict about pool bands (they give to residents + a couple guests), but that ensures that the pool isn’t PACKED with random people during the summer. I would imagine that as long as you’re not a problematic pool-goer they wouldn’t necessarily kick you out, but I have seen the security glance to make sure people have them on at night there. There are a good mix of families here and young people here, so it’s not strictly a trashy/rager/straight out of college demographic. They just built a new park across the street and it seems to be well patrolled by security at nights to prevent homeless individuals from congregating there. The park is nice for picnics! Plenty of places to sit/games to play. Lastly, the leasing office staff is SO nice and responsive to resident needs/complaints. They take care to know you and make you feel at home. I haven’t heard anyone really say anything bad about this place that lives here!

I like how 555 Ross encourage social distancing in common areas. I like the convenience of places to eat close to home. I like that I can walk to Klyde Warren Park. This is a nice place to live.

555 is a quietly beautiful community! We have the best views of Dallas, the best amenities and the best service. I cant think of a single time a member of the staff didnt smile and wave! Its like having an entire support system that is there for you. The other residents are equally as welcoming. While walking around the property you can expect several hellos and lost of love from furry friends! We absolutely adore it here and look forward to calling this home!

It's a great community. While I cannot hear my neighbors next to me, the neighbor above me can be heard ALL DAY. The ceilings are extremely thin--in my opinion. The office and maintenance are GREAT!!!!! I dont know if you could get any better than the 555 Ross team.
