We were delighted to find a 55 community in such an accessible location with a pet friendly policy. We’ll maintained grounds and facilities. Plenty of activities for all residents.

The staff is always friendly and professional and very personable! Everything is very well maintained. I wish I was retired so I could participate in some of the fun activities that are offered!

The Fountain Glen apartment complex is always kept up on maintenance of the building and outside ares. Fountain Glen at Laguna Niguel is set in a beautiful area. There is a abundance of trees and greenery that make it a soothing place to live.

My husband and I have lived here about 18 months and we love our community! Staff is excellent! Activities are plentiful! Monthly holiday decor is so inviting and festive! Residents are delightful! Our apartment is perfect! A fitting residence for 55 !

A very well run complex, clean, and with lovely grounds.

I tell a lot of people about where I live. But I think our location may be the best due to our wonderful manager, Sara. She is the best, and she and our two wonderful maintenance men keep us running smoothly and keep us happy. Thanks to them.

A lovely and comfortable place to live. The grounds are inviting and include areas for pets. The location is within walking distance of basic shopping needs. Friendly and responsive staff. Plenty of common areas for meetings, fitness needs, spreading out for projects, group tv watching (think sports events), pool.

Our move to FountainGlen Laguna Niguel was truly Heaven sent. Our Leasing Agent knew just what we needed and guided us through the entire process. The Community Manager is a consummate leader, hospitality organizer, caring and nurturing person and professionally and efficiently gets things done! The community is pristine! Floor plans for all needs! Amenities are accessible! Maintenance response is prompt and efficient! Weve made so many new friends! FountainGlen is a special place!

Since we moved to fountain glen our experience here has been very good. The staff members are very helpful and kind. Sarah our manager is amazing she has put together crafts, food delivers zoom bingo all the fun has continued through the pandemic and I'm enjoying it. She's kind and very polite she cares about the tennant's. Tim the assistant manager is polite always speaks and handles any issues promptly. We have made some friends on the third and second floor and we are enjoying them. All and all we are very comfortable living here.

We have been residents of FountainGlen Laguna Niguel for four months. We love our residence and its amenities. We love our neighbors and continue to make friends even in the Pandemic. The staff is always at/the-ready for our needs. They are friendly and caring. The gift of Thanksgiving and St. Patricks lunch, Christmas greetings and treats, Valentines Cupid goodies are so special and genuine. . .and delicious! We are happy, comfortable, safe, feel every bit part of this community even with masks and no large group events, however, we look forward to those with great anticipation!

Fountain Glen is a clean, safe place to live for those 55 and better. The staff is very conscientious!

I am celebrating my one year anniversary of moving to Fountain Glen Laguna Niguel. The whole management team here is excellent. Any small maintenance projects I have asked for have been tended to within an hour or at most one day! The pool area is spotless, as are both jacuzzis. I love living here, and plan to stay for years to come.

I have chosen the FountainGlen community because its clean, quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staffs have been very helpful while I needed any help to move in. Its a great sense of community here thats rare to find these days. People like Barbara at the office has been very responsive to everything I asked for. And I should mention Fernando the maintenance manager has been very kind and helpful. Overall I am very happy with the choice I made.

FountainGlen is a very safe, peaceful and welcoming place to live. It is very obvious that management under Sarah, and leasing agent Barbara, contribute to the overall happy atmosphere that is evident here. They listen to and respond to the needs of residents in a very respectful and dignified manner. Additionally, maintenance supervisor, Fernando is equally committed and responds to needs in a very timely manner. I am very happy to live here.

Love the management office staff! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful! As a new resident I know I am going to really enjoy living here!

The complex is kept clean, most of the time its quiet surroundings except when dogs are parking for long periods of time and mostly a safe area

You will not find a more friendly, welcoming staff or beautiful and well-kept community than at FountainGlen Laguna Niguel. The people you have the opportunity to meet, your neighbors, become special friends. I am very happy to be here and call this home!

The fountain Glenn team is the best, you feel like family here. The grounds and the amenities are pristine and I am really going t miss the salt water pool and jacuzzi. A big thank you to the team for always being here for me. You are all extremely kind and professional, I will miss you.

I had not rented in 60 years, but do to aging, I moved to the area to be closer to my daughter. She found Fountain Glen for me, and she picked the perfect spot. I was not sure what to expect in a 55 , but amazed to see many people close to my age, and all the amenities they had for us, until the pandemic. The maintenance team are really the best, and the manager does a lot for us. Great living for me.

I have been very happy living here for exactly 6 months today. The staff is extremely conscientious and friendly. The common areas are kept super clean, especially the sparkling swimming pool, which I use most every day. The price is reasonable for our area, and I have recommended Fountain Glen to friends who are looking for apartments.

I have been very happy here. The big problem I have had is with my mail and package delivery. I have spoken to management several times, thinking they could contact the postmaster, but they said they could do nothing, so I wrote a letter to who I thought was the postmaster, and also to USPS. It took 6 weeks for me to hear back, by phone, and I was told we have a regular guy now. Management said we had substitutes, which we did until recently. I told them what I did, and I hope no more problems. I just dont know what they may or may not have done to assist me, as the contact at the Laguna Niguel office did not seem to be aware. Otherwise, I do like it here very much. We have a great manager, who is talented and cares about us.

The management and staff here make my life much easier and enjoyable: its a great place to live!

My experience has been extremely positive! All 3 leasing agents, Marla, Tim, and especially Sarah, have gone above and beyond to make my move in and living situation stress free these past four months. Fernando responds to maintenance requests quickly, kindly, and efficiently. The property is kept neat and clean, and the landscapers do a beautiful job. I feel fortunate to have found Fountain Glen Laguna Niguel!
