THE BASEMENT APARTMENT: - Rent: $1,200/mo + Shared Utilities - Utilities available: gas, electric, water, trash + recycling, wifi - Security deposit: $1,200 - Available Dec 15th - Access: Shared entrance with main house, but apartment has lockable door for privacy - Fully Renovated: 828SF walk-out basement apartment is newly renovated with new flooring, new paint, beautiful Kitchenette with all new appliances and private bathroom with walkout access to the backyard, gardens and private patio. - Kitchen: Kitchenette includes microwave, plug in electric cook top and refrigerator for daily cooking needs. - Two bedrooms (one non-conforming) which would make a perfect office or studio. - Large living area and plenty of closet/storage space. - Heating + Cooling: A/C and forced air heating and the basement apartment has additional electric baseboard heat for more customizable heating. - Laundry: Laundry is shared and on main level of home. (No need for a laundromat!) - Yard: Large backyard includes a massive raised garden bed with drip line irrigation. Our tomatoes and cucumbers absolutely thrived with the Southern exposure. There is also a small firepit and plenty of room for relaxing. LOCATION: - Low traffic neighborhood with an incredible central location at Harmony and College - Easy access to Old Town, or CSU via the Max-line bus route or Mason bike/walking path. - Quick drive to I-25 - House Backs to HOA maintained open space and the neighborhood maintains a large private open space with private park, trails and picnic spots. - Fossil Creek trail can be accessed directly from the house via a short connector path with miles of trail in all directions and easy access to Fossil Creek park. King Soopers, Walmart, Sam’s Club, all located less than a mile away. One cat lives in the home and any additional cats are subject to Owner approval. Due to the nature of the shared entrance and the cat in home, we cannot accommodate any dogs. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the property.
