The main floor is yours exclusively. Restored original hardwood floors run throughout. The living room has a new gas fireplace and opens to a dining area and fully renovated kitchen. THE SPACE: Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom is set up as a home office and TV room while also functioning as a guest room using the queen pull out sofa bed. Kitchen: Solid wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a full suite of modern appliances. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Bathroom: Updated tub/shower combo with modern finishes. Living/Dining: Open layout with a leather sofa, dining table, and smart TV. Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer. Outdoor: Beautifully landscaped yard with a patio, available for tenant use.
