Relaxing and private, in a safe neighborhood, with keyless entry and private entrance. Also included are an equipped kitchenette (kitchen sink, mini fridge and electric cooktop) and a full bathroom with a claw foot tub. We are walking distance to all the fun (coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping and nightlife) on Lower Greenville Ave. and Knox Street. Close proximity to Downtown, Uptown, and very close to SMU. Laundry can be done close by at Washhouse Laundry ($25/load, and they also deliver laundry for an extra cost). Young family lives in the front house. Furniture in photos can be included at an extra cost. Owner pays Electric, Water, Trash, Wifi. -- For 1 tenant only. Street Parking.
