There has been a subtle but consistent drop - maintenance issues like no AC in hallways for several weeks, still ongoing -smelly trash rooms as a result - group on a regular basis smoking weed by the loading dock out back most nights - smoking on balconies- the grills are not maintained - the fire pits don’t work - the hallway carpets are stained and have been - bike room a mess. Elevator out of service for 2 months now We decided to not renew our lease and move

The staff is friendly, and rooms are clean. Generally a very good apartment, although the water pressure is weak and the circuit breaker sometimes trips.

Great experience! This app has been such a great addition to our community. It makes it easy and fun to stay involved while also rewarding residents for their participation. I love how I can earn points for things I already enjoy doing—like attending community events, completing surveys, or simply staying informed. The app is user-friendly, well-designed, and reliable. I’ve noticed that more people are getting involved because of it, and that’s really made a positive difference in our neighborhood. One elevator has been not working for month . We should not pay for rent really . Dishwasher doesn’t work and they continue not changing it …flies and mosquitoes dying in my apartment all the time as they probably spray something without letting you know what else

Nice place, the building is starting age and appliance warranties are ending. Maintenance seems on top of fixing things but as things age the bill needs passed on somewhere…

Beautiful apartments and even more beautiful building. Staff has been very friendly. Happy with my new home and looking forward to living here.

I love living here! The staff is friendly, the maintenance team is knowledgeable, the apartment complex is always clean, I couldn’t ask for more of an ideal place to stay. Only one thing to add - there is one front desk person who is very rude. Also, there are tons of dog poop on the side.

A year will be in March 2025. Besides Residents not being considerate of others at times. I like it here. The area is mostly quiet and very convenient.

i do not have any major complaints. I enjoy living here. Management and maintenance has been great. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors doing laundry and playing loud music.

Every management stuffs are very helpful and friendly. I like the events being hold sometimes a year, many residents and stuffs can gathering to communicate and grab some food. That's really nice.

Smooth move-in process so far! Everyone has been very nice and the place looks clean. All the instructions were clear and made the whole onboarding process a breeze.

I have been a resident for less than a month. My greatest love is the garden where I find fresh air in the early mornings . The 24 hour security brings me much comfort. The noise level inside the facility is at a minimum. However, the vehicular traffic from Connecticut Avenue and other side streets is unbearable, especially early in the morning when sleep is being disturbed. The outside lights also prevent problems in the bedroom. Drapes are desperately needed.

Amenities are amazing. There is no need to leave the building; everything is right there already. Rooftop and garden need some cleaning though. Staff are always cooperative and smiling. The building is well maintained, and if something comes up, maintenance staff would arrive soon. Mario has been exceptional in this regard. One downside is lack of full privacy in the apartment. Whoever is passing by the corridors is able to see what’s happening in the apartments. There is a constant need to use shades to block the view of others. Two types of shades need to be installed: a light day one and black out one for the night. As for the noise, residents are quiet and respectful, but the walls aren’t soundproof. Again, whoever’s passing by the corridors can hear normal-toned conversations inside apartments, and if you happen to be right next to another apartment, you could hear what the neighbours are doing.

It is so nice to come home to such a welcoming environment and greeted so nicely. We appreciate everyone there and love our apartment so much. Barhareh knew we would love it and was so helpful during the entire process. Zero tolerance for any type of smoking and its very much appreciated.

Very modern apartment with friendly staff! The amenities are nice and there is no noise at all. I would recommend this location, and there is a bus stop right underneath the apartment.

I love this building. It is very modern in a neighborhood that has a very family oriented and old-time feel… Which is exactly what I’m looking for. I love the amenities and all of the staff are really nice. The building is extremely clean which I love appreciate and makes me feel at home.

I am so happy to be part of this community. I moved from south Arlington and it is night and day. Everyone in the building and everyone working for the building have been fantastic. I searched high and low for MONTHS and never wanted to move to DC but I was drawn to this building over and over and finally pulled the trigger site unseen. Once I saw the building I was not disappointed. I kept telling the wonderful leasing agent Bahareh that the place looked just like the photos and videos online. Excited for my new adventure in the city!

The environment and service are excellent and I really enjoy going downstairs for a morning coffee during my day off And the printer is very convenient to use, which saves me from having to go to a special shop to solve my data problems

Just moved in and the staff here couldn’t have been more helpful! They helped ensure our move was easy and stress-free. It made me that much more excited to live here!

My application process and move in has been very smooth so far. We are moving from out of state and everyone I have met so far loves the building and neighborhood.

I have been at this property for over 6 years! The staff and community are so wonderful and I have created life long friends. I reccomend this building to anyone that wants to be embraced into a community that feels like family. This building is especially special with the amazing emenity design and glass exterior. You feel like you are in emerald city!

I spent 2 years at 5333 Connecticut and enjoyed the amazing penthouse views. But the best part was the friendly and competent front desk staff, especially Angela and Laneika, and the very responsive maintenance staff, Terrence and Mario. Seriously, I’ve lived in DC for almost 20 years and this is the best maintenance ever. Also, there’s free coffee here so… you should just move in. The location is also great — a nice quiet oasis a 5-min drive to Rock Creek Park with nice restaurants in walking distance. I especially recommend Italian Bar and Comet. Also, street parking is manageable here unlike a lot of other places along Connecticut Ave. We never paid for parking.

Everyone at this building is so kind. Angela, Mimi, and Laneka at the front desk are so helpful, and Terrence and Mario fix any issues incredibly quickly. The amenities are hard to beat!

The staff is amazing, the leasing office is very helpful and easy to work with, the maintenance staff is very professional and quick, and the building is well maintained. All of the tenants are very nice and friendly. Living here is amazing!

I love it here, staff is friendly, and the community is great. Some neighbors can be noisy, but usually it isn't a problem. The community events they host, no however small, are fun, and a nice addition to my week when they happen.

I never expected to find a wonderful village the way I have in this building. The concierges, office staff, maintenance staff and especially the cleaning crew are beyond amazing!! My family and I have been met with such kindness, respect and care. We are so grateful and blessed to be able to call this place home.

I’m loving my loving experience here! Everyone is friendly and the amenities are fantastic! The views are breathtaking as well! My cat loves the big windows and I feel very safe in this apartment.

Honestly it was so much better years ago. Improvements need to happen. Amenities aren’t well run, leasing office has lost a lot of people. Maintenance does cheap repairs aka something lose, w40 or electric tape etc. (not their fault, Bozzuto just won’t let them spend over a certain amount).

Really enjoyed living here for the past year. Everything from amenities to the condition of the apartment has been superb. People living here are a diverse group but generally very nice. I will miss the apparent and the good energy of this place.

Managment is wonderful and easy to work with. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly! Concierge team is always helpful, kind, and caring. Amenities and resident events are wonderful!

It is a brand new, well-kept building with easy to find on street parking around the building. People in the building are friendly. The concierge people are polite and helpful. There is a pretty awesome coffee machine in the lounge/computer area. The outdoor space has a little outdoor green space with a water area that is very zen and a nice gym and yoga room that is never crowded. It is always clean and the maintenance people come immediately if there is a problem. It has been a great experience.

Great building and great customer service! This building has really nice amenities. I moved here1 year ago and really enjoy this building. Bozzuto management does a great job with community building, as we have events regularly throughout the year. Building is extremely clean. If there are any maintenance issues, they are taken care of immediately. Overall, I highly recommend 5333Connecticut!

I’ve been a resident for over a year so I am comfortable saying that this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Everyone is so friendly and the apartments are well maintained. The front desk staff are the true mvps. Always so welcoming and helpful. Truly recommend!!

Best community to live in Chevy Chase! Great public schools nearby, quiet and safe neighborhood with parks, restaurant and markets. Also, the maintenance team is always on top of any needs or requests.

Everything looks good. Well maintained building, always kept clean, lots of nice common areas, nice and quite neighborhood, staff and maintenance team doing great jobs. The gym could have a little more equipment for workout though haha

My resident experience so far has been great. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and respectful. My apartment is absolutely beautiful. I love the natural light that the floor to ceiling windows allows in.

I strongly recommend this place. It is clean and convenient. There is almost everything nearby. Recently we got a new pottery place to enjoy.

Love it here! The apartments are sleek and modern. The building has a fresh and vibrant feel inside. 5333 also has excellent amenities, fun community events, and a top notch management team. Maintenance techs are super responsive. The managers in the office are helpful and professional. The concierge (morning and night) is always friendly. I definitely recommend living here. Great place to live! I've been living in 5333 apartments for three years and it's a great community. I miss Fred and Jenn at the concierge hope they made a great difference.

The building is great, modern, very well maintained, and Fred at the concierge desk is extremely helpful with deliveries and any other amenities issues.

I love living at 5333 Connecticut! One of the best features is the concierge service and especially our amazing concierge, Fred. He knows every single tenant by name and goes out of his way to help everyone feel at home here. His kindness, professionalism and dedication to the residents here is remarkable and his enthusiasm about his work is refreshing and uplifting. Throughout the pandemic, Fred has shown his dedication to our building and his care for everyone here, helping us all feel at ease and safe. I recommend 5333 to anyone looking for a modern, clean, well-managed apartment with great amenities and staff in a beautiful area of DC!
