About This Property

Located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for young professionals looking to live right outside the city. Easy access to Benning Road Metro and Capitol Heights Metro, E Capitol Street, and 295. You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom on the main floor. The bedroom is pretty large and can fit a queen, dresser, and TV easily. It includes a closet and large windows. The space on the main floor of the house is the perfect place to host dinners or have friends over while enjoying direct access to an open concept kitchen. The house has brand new appliances (washer/dryer (pictures coming soon), fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher). The main floor will have the 2 roommates (the owners) while the downstairs basement will be reserved for 2-3 other tenants. This will make the total amount of people living in the house 5-6. The only shared spaces with the downstairs tenants will be the outside areas and kitchen/dining room. About the landlords/roommates: One is a 25-year-old woman Palestinian from Jordan, who just finished their master's program at AU. She likes to cook Middle Eastern dishes, bake, read, and be artsy. The other is a 27-year-old male and graduated from VCU in 2015 in Richmond, VA. Since then he has worked as a digital marketer. We are clean, quiet, respectful, and relatively new to the city. We are still fairly new to the DC area so we are trying to spend our weekends exploring around, but most likely will just be binging Netflix in our room.
