About This Property

Located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for 1-2 young professionals looking to live right outside the city. Easy access to Benning Road Metro and Capitol Heights Metro, E Capitol Street, and 295. You would have a 17x10 private bedroom, access to a den, and a bathroom shared with one other person on the lower floor. Upon entrance to the basement, you will be in the living space with a fireplace. You are more than welcome to add a few chairs or couches and make the space homey for having friends over or make it a reading space. The bedroom is extremely large and can fit a queen bed, dresser, and TV easily. It includes a closet and a medium size window. The space on the main floor of the house is the perfect place to host dinners or have friends over while enjoying direct access to an open concept kitchen with a deck on the side. The house has brand new appliances (washer/dryer (pictures coming soon), fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher). The main floor will have the 3 roommates (the owners (2) and a roommate). The downstairs basement will be reserved for you, with your own entrance and exit door. This will make the total amount of people living in the house 5-6. The only shared spaces with the upstairs tenants will be the outside areas and kitchen/dining room. About the landlords/roommates: One is a 25-year-old woman Palestinian from Jordan, who just finished her master's program at AU. She likes to cook Middle Eastern dishes, bake, read, and be artsy. The other is a 27-year-old male and graduated from VCU in 2015 in Richmond, VA. Since then he has worked as a digital marketer. We are clean, quiet, respectful, and keep to ourselves. We moved to the DC area 2 years ago, so we are trying to spend our weekends exploring around, but most likely will just be binging Netflix in our room.
