      Beautiful complex in a great part of town with an amazing community, but there have been strains put on that with some amenity closures. Outside of that, I do enjoy 4th West and glad I have been able to have this experience so far!

      Overall a great place to live. Everyone is friendly. The pool area when finished is going to be amazing. I can't wait for summer to use the new pool. Also the sports bar area is very nice to watch the big game in.

      Really nice place, terrible staff.

      I would put 0 stars if I could. I move out of the apartment (nice place), pay the ridiculous fees, and then receive a notice from a debt collector. After I showed that I had disputed the claim in the past (to no response), they sent me the same bill I had confirmation that I had already paid four months ago! There was nowhere close to enough communication to justify a debt collector, ESPECIALLY when I had confirmation that I paid the bill the same day I was charged. Terrible customer service, I can't believe the incompetency and lack of effort from the staff for such a nice property.

      This is the best apartment I've ever lived in so far. 4th west has the best amenities and staffs among all other Salt Lake City apartments. I've lived here for a year now and it's amazing that they are continuing to improve the apartment!

      I can't speak highly enough about my experience living at 4th West in Salt Lake City. 4th West has the most incredible amenities, I go to yoga 3 times a week and use the tennis court once a week. The rooftop has the most breathtaking views. What truly sets 4th West apart, though, is the sense of community.       The Staff here are amazing - beautiful, kind, professional, real people. The complex, its location, the amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, huge outdoor patio, BBQs - everything) are excellent. The Clubhouse is absolutely stellar - interior decoration everywhere is outstanding. Community vibe is amazing. And the views... forget about it. And a grocery store with normal prices? Come on

      I enjoy being a resident here at 4th west. I feel I have a sense of safety and security here. The amenities are a big reason I moved here, it’s very convenient to use the gym, and basketball court. I enjoy every amenity while sharing the view with friends and family on the rooftop.

      Great community and amenities with an amazing team at the office. The management is always looking to enhance and update the community to stay up to date and current. The location is great for those looking to be central in SLC while having access to the train or easy route to the airport (10 min away). There is always events which is great for those that are new to the city looking to meet people.

      I used to really like living here but now it’s just OK. It’s in a decent location and has a really nice gym and pool. However, a lot of the other amenities and services like the grocery store that made me want to live here do not exist anymore. Also, I’d only recommend living on the fifth floor because that way you don’t have to deal with the noise from your upstairs neighbors. There is not much soundproofing.

      Excellent location with walking distance to the trax, Vivint Arena & also The gateway! The amenities alone are amazing!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the full package! Also it has a sense of small community living

      The building is nice enough but with the college frat parties during the summer weekends do not make it a family like atmosphere. Drunk kids yelling, slamming doors and just being loud and obnoxious. For the price they charge for rent you don’t get the level of service and quiet you’d expect for such a high rent.

      I couldn’t be happier at 4th West I am a 10 minute walk to the free fare zone for trax, the apartment is beautiful and feels never lived in before, and the amenities make it feel like you never need to leave.

      The rent I pay to live at 4th West is the best money I spend every month. The convenience of the gym and grocery store is hard to beat. On top of the building the social experience with the community at the building is better by far than anywhere else I have ever lived.

      4th west is beautiful place with a great atmosphere and perfectly sized apartments. The only issue is when the sun goes down it seems that just about anyone can break into the building. I wouldnt recommend it purely for that reason.
