Well-maintained building in a good Brookline location

This apartment is in a good location in Coolidge Corner, just a 5 minute walk from the T. The building is well-maintained. The main pluses for me are: central A/C, a covered parking space, responsive management, and two balconies. The only drawback is that the building feels a bit dated in its layout.
